Account Manager – Auckland
 
We are partnering with a successful security sector client based in Central Auckland to recruit an enthusiastic and capable Account Manager, due to an internal promotion and significant growth over the past 12 months.
 
This key position, as part of a team of 14, will be a hybrid hunter/farmer role and will see you prospect for new business as well as manage existing accounts. To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and passionate about delivering a platinum level if customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new business, cold calling, inbound leads, organise client visits
  • Working to realistic KPIs and Targets
  • Account management, upselling/cross-selling
  • Preparation of tender documents (with management assistance as required)
  • Facilitate and attend regular client meetings to ensure service delivery
  • Create and distribute client meeting minutes, follow up with clients often
  • Create monthly reports for key clients and manage expectations as well as monthly reports for the GM
