A role has opened in a creative, artistic organisation for an Office Coordinator.  This office deals with domestic and international creatives, with a special focus on the film industry. The environment on offer is dynamic, informal, creative but an ethic that works hard. With low turn-over, opportunities do not come up often here!

The role

The Office Coordinator position has varied responsibilities, so we’re looking for someone who can manage their time effectively and brings their initiative to work. You will work in a trusted team environment with different specialities, so it’s up to you to own your work and take pride in the quality of your output. Accuracy, attention to detail and customer service are particularly key.

Key responsibilities

  • Front of office – greeting people as they come in
  • Manage the H&S register
  • Book travel
  • Work across multiple systems
  • Ad hoc day-to-day administration

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous office administration experience
  • Showcase problem solving skills and tackle issues as and before they arise
  • Be able to prioritise and manage multiple workloads
  • Quality customer service skills
  • Previous H&S experience
