Sales Support Administrator

Our client is an industry leader in their field and is passionate about what they do! They are looking for a Sales Support Administrator who can hit the ground running and help support a small team based in Henderson.

  • Building relationships and managing customer enquiries
  • Receipting payments and managing creditors and debtors through Xero
  • Dispatch coordination
  • General Administration tasks
  • Sales support

To be successful in this role, you will need;

  • Fluent in both English & Mandarin Chinese
  • Experience in Xero or similar accounting program would be advantageous
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Naturally outgoing with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • To be comfortable working in a small team and have the ability to work unsupervised, prioritise work, meet deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand
