Our client is an industry leader in their field and is passionate about what they do! They are looking for a Sales Support Administrator who can hit the ground running and help support a small team based in Henderson.
- Building relationships and managing customer enquiries
- Receipting payments and managing creditors and debtors through Xero
- Dispatch coordination
- General Administration tasks
- Sales support
To be successful in this role, you will need;
- Fluent in both English & Mandarin Chinese
- Experience in Xero or similar accounting program would be advantageous
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Naturally outgoing with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- To be comfortable working in a small team and have the ability to work unsupervised, prioritise work, meet deadlines and perform under pressure
- Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand
