Your new role: As a Client Services Adviser you will serve our internal, external, and global customers. ICC provides valuable information and advice to people who wish to visit, study, work or live lawfully in New Zealand.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • The ability to give advice and information within a statutory framework and in a clear and impartial manner
  • The ability to learn and understand technical information quickly
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong computer skills, including typing speed (not less than 35 WPM)

This is not your average Contact Centre role, so we need above average people.

In addition you must have the following:
 

  • Refined multi-tasking skills to navigate complex policy information using multiple systems
  • The ability to apply rules and regulations, while identifying improvements for future use.

  • Adhere to a schedule of rostered start times & breaks, yet be flexible when required.
