Team Administrator & Transcriber

We are seeking a positive, pro-active and professional Team Administrator who enjoys providing exceptional customer service. This busy and varied role will join our clients front desk where you will have the ultimate responsibility of ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the reception and general office. You will deal with meeting and greeting visitors, administration, secretarial duties, office maintenance, database maintenance and also transcribing. The transcribing component is a big part of the role where you will be transcribing audio recordings into electronic documents. Experience in this field is very important as accuracy is key within this role.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Central Wellington.

About you:

  • Previous experience in dicta-typing/transcribing and customer service/administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised, with effective time management and the ability to multitask
  • Friendly and approachable manner
  • Resilient and reliable
  • Quick to think on your feet and find solutions

Duties, including but not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting guests at the front desk
  • Providing adhoc support to managers and the wider team in the office
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Filing, scanning, and organising documents accurately
  • Transcribing various audio recordings
