Workplace Administrator

Our client is looking for a part-time Administrator to support this collaborative office based in Whangarei. As the go to person for administration tasks, technical support and facilities management you will need to be organised and adaptable to changing priorities.
The specifics:

  • ASAP – 6 months
  • $25 per hour + 8% holiday pay
  • 20 hours per week between 8:30am – 1:00pm, Monday – Friday

The role:
As part of the wider Support team, you will ensure the organisation is running smoothly and efficiently. Key duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Administration tasks as required
  • Ensure office processes and standards are met at all times
  • Confirm audits are being completed accurately
  • Assist with technical support and new starter onboarding/set up
  • Reception cover as needed

About you:
This role requires a switched-on candidate who can pick up new processes and systems quickly. Liaising with various teams and departments, you will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal skillset includes;

  • Previous administration or coordination experience
  • Confidence with managing own time and meeting deadlines
  • Competent with computer systems including Microsoft
  • A team player who can support wherever needed
