Customer Service – Hearing Care

The Hearing Care Specialist at Triton drives critical customer service functions in the Service Centre, offering outstanding customer service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner in order to facilitate an excellent client journey.

Role Specifics

  • Permanent opportunity
  • Albany location
  • On- street parking available
  • Start date ASAP (can accommodate notice periods)
  • Full time, Standard Business Hours – Monday – Friday, 8.30-5.00pm
  • A competitive monthly bonus incentive structure – earn up to $1,000 extra per month on top of your standard salary
  • Part time hours also available – 20 hours per week, with flexibility across Monday – Friday (3-7pm) & Saturday (9am-3pm)

Role Duties

  • Making outbound phone calls to existing clients in the Triton Hearing database, or clients generated through iPad or online hearing tests
  • Appointment booking and working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
  • Dealing with voicemail and email enquiries and Insurance Claim requests
  • Confidently discussing hearing loss and advising on the repeats and maintenance of hearing aids

About you

  • You have excellent verbal & written communication skills, a passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help people
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced, high-volume environment and have an interest in personal and professional development
  • You are self-motivated, and enjoy working towards targets and KPIs
  • You are tech savvy, and able to juggle multiple systems whilst confidently discussing different options with clients
