EA to EGM Customer Experience

Experienced Executive Assistant required to support a GM for a large government organisation. This temporary role, with permanent opportunity, will have exposure to the wider organisation.
 

  • ASAP – beginning March, with permanent opportunity
  • $40-45 per hour + 8% holiday pay
  • Auckland CBD location (work from home during lockdown)

  
The role:
 
You will provide full support to an open-minded, forward thinking, and busy GM of Customer Experience. This is a fast-paced position where proactivity, adapatability and self-motivation are essential. Ensuring the daily smooth running of the office, duties will include but are not limited to;
 

  • Preparation and drafting of reports and documents
  • Diary management, logistics and organisation assistance
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, documentation, and minute taking
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships

 
About you:
 
With prior experience in EA positions, you will be adaptable to picking up projects where needed and managing multiple priorities. Key skills and attributes include:
 

  • Flexible, approachable, and efficient
  • Positive demeanour and good energy
  • Comfortable with Microsoft suite and technically savvy
  • Competent communicator with all levels of management
  • Strong attention to detail and highly accurate
