About you

We are looking for a proactive, organised individual to join our successful and positive recruitment team. The ability to work at pace and build a range of extensive relationships will be crucial to your success. You will be motivated to take ownership of your work and be satisfied by seeing the resulting positive outcomes. This role is for a driven multi-tasker who always has time to put their customers first and hunger to deliver results. Day to day you will be:

  • Building relationships with candidates, advising candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Providing administration and document management support, loading adverts, putting together candidate profiles – managing and updating our candidate CRM
