Part Time Personal Assistant

Waikato – Hamilton
Our client is a government organisation with a great company culture; they are family friendly and provide wide range of support. They require a Personal Assistant to work in the Hamilton city centre office.
The role: The Regional Manager requires a Personal Assistant to coordinate and maintaining their daily schedule while liaising with other Personal Assistants and Team Administrators.
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

  • Provide efficient and timely administrative services
  • Actively manage a busy inbox by prioritising critical issues
  • Complete financial and non-financial reporting
  • Manage agendas and minutes on behalf of the Regional Manager

Start Date: From Monday 10th January 2022 for up to 3-months.
Days/ Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
About You:  You are an admin superstar who demonstrates a high level of integrity and can work well under pressure. You are proactive with a high level of independence but can efficiently work well with others.

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are highly organised with good attention to detail
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft office suite of products
