Client Service Representative

We are working on a new opportunity with an exciting client of ours, if you’re interested in music and tech then this is the role for you! AMS Nightlife are the formula behind why you are exposed to such great music in bars, gyms, retail and any establishment that need the help of experts in the music industry. Market leaders in many aspects, especially with their music tech innovation.
The company was originally established in 2004 and has experienced consistent growth throughout the years. Now operating in a fun and creative space at the bottom of the Ngauranga Gorge that breeds a down-to-earth culture. With a busy workload, the time has come to grow the team and an opportunity has opened for the varied position of Client Services Representative.
As a key contact point for clients, you will provide technical support, manage installations, and provide training to ensure they are getting the most out of their AMS Nightlife product. You will have a portfolio of clients that you look after for both proactive and reactive calls allowing you to grow and expand your knowledge. An aptitude for technology is a must, as you will be working with both software and hardware products.
Key aspects of the role

  • Delivering quality customer service to all client needs
  • Initial troubleshooting through technical issues to ensure all parties are satisfied
  • Responsible for delivering music and video briefing and support, entertainment consultation, and escalating licensing and account enquiries
  • On-board new clients to AMS Nightlife and build long standing trusting relationships to ensure they receive exceptional service
  • Coordinate and manage system installations for new clients
  • Keeping on top of the music industry trends domestically and internationally through research
  • Being part of the on-call rotation

The successful applicant will;

  • Have an aptitude for technology
  • Want to bring their initiative and problem-solving skills to manage their workload
  • Have a strong interest in the music industry, music programming experience is a bonus
  • Be motivated by an informal, work hard/play hard environment
  • Customer service/technical support experience
