About The Employer:

My client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in subdivision and neighbourhoods, but also working in the land asset management field for Corporates and Government Departments.
The team includes Land Surveyors, Engineers and Planners, combining to be a boutique consultancy delivering new neighbourhoods, including small subdivisions through to large (800 lot) developments. 
They have a great team environment where everyone gets involved in most projects and gain experience along the way.
About The Role:

Your attention to detail will be imperative, as will your ability to stand back from a project and review the ‘bigger picture’.
You will be able to take a pragmatic approach to solving design problems, whilst never comprising on quality, ethics, company values and meeting land development standards. 
This role will require natural leadership talent, allowing you to share and help understand complex design ideas with other staff members, especially those with less experience than yourself. 
You will be expected to provide the primary responsibility for technical design decisions within the various departments with additional support from the directors where necessary.

Your Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Excellence and leadership in technical, project, and people management, as well as business development competencies associated with land development
