Team Administrator

Our client in the public sector is currently seeking a Team Administrator to provide support to a team of up to 30 Building Inspectors.

  • 10 January start until beginning April (with strong possibility of getting extended)
  • Work from home initially then based in the Henderson office
  • $26ph + 8% holiday pay

Duties will include:

  • Scheduling (allocation and reallocation of building inspections)
  • Waiving building inspections
  • Organising fleet vehicules for the Building Inspectors and WOF
  • Vetting phone calls and emails
  • Placing online orders using SAP
  • Minute taking for meetings


  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, One Note and Excel spreadsheets)
  • Excellent organisation skills and initiative
  • Good communication and people skills
