Property Coordinator

The Company
You would be working with a large public organisation in Auckland CBD, focused on delivering urban regeneration in Tāmaki Makaurau.
The Role
Joining a team responsible for the ongoing review of property around Auckland to ascertain opportunities for development or disposal. Working to support two teams, this fast paced and interesting role will involve:

  • Raising contracts for team members 
  • Pulling information from databases
  • Creating and updating accurate reports
  • Providing statutory advice
  • Optimising the assets of the wider organisation

Skills & Experience

  • Property background ideal
  • Strong administration or coordination experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities


  • Great foot in the door if interested in a property career
  • Central location, close to all public transport
