Day to day you will:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls
  • Provide accurate information to customers and 3rd parties
  • Problem solve to handle the customer query in the first call
  • Accurately capture information from all customer interactions
  • Investigate and probe queries

Start Date: 14th February 2022

This is a permanent, full-time role where you will work 7.5 hours a day between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary:
The starting salary for MBIE’s Client Service Advisors is $49,573. Thanks to the progression framework, if you like self-development and achieving goals there is the ability to move quickly through our salary steps every six months. Within 12 to 18 months you could be on $57,227 with the ability to move to a Senior Client Service Advisor role and earn up to $64,880.

Client Service Advisors will be able to:
