This is a permanent, full-time role where you will work 7.5 hours a day between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
The starting salary for MBIE’s Client Service Advisors is $49,573. Thanks to the progression framework, if you like self-development and achieving goals there is the ability to move quickly through our salary steps every six months. Within 12 to 18 months you could be on $57,227 with the ability to move to a Senior Client Service Advisor role and earn up to $64,880.

As a Client Service Advisor for the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, you will assist clients in meeting their statutory obligations and help them navigate the services available to them through MBIE and wider Government. It will be your role to ensure that every contact is an opportunity for businesses and consumers to acquire information, education and encouragement that will assist them in resolving their queries and to help grow NZ for all.
