About the role

Our Consultants are busy delivering full end-to-end recruitment services to a range of clients, and this role helps support them through managing candidate relationships.
The needs of each individual day can range, keeping you on your toes. However, below are some of the responsibilities you would expect to do in this role:

  • Using specialised recruitment tools to uncover passive candidates – and talking to our active candidates about assignments and roles
  • Helping to manage our candidate pool – including new candidates, and those already out on assignment for us
  • Helping to design candidate strategies, work with candidates through the recruitment process
  • Providing administration and document management support, loading adverts, putting together candidate profiles – managing and updating our candidate CRM
  • Facilitating interviews, meetings, testing and completing reference checks

About you
We’re very proud of the team culture and supportive environment we have created – therefore, it’s important you are motivated to work in a close team. Any laughs you can bring is a bonus!
You won’t be watched over constantly or told what to do hour-to-hour. Therefore, it’s important this position is held by a solutions-focused, forward-thinking go-getter. Some qualities we are looking for:

  • A recent graduate who has an interest in all things people – we have HR, Commerce, Marketing, Finance and Arts graduates all across our businesses!
  • A drive to develop and progress through your career – there are plenty of avenues at Madison and the wider Accordant Group!
  • A passion for working with people – this professional has a deep requirement for building strong and effective working relationships
  • You need to be proactive, energetic, and organised. It goes without saying, you need to be an extension of the consultants your supporting
  • Have a high attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to craft correspondence to a range of people

You can look forward to…
In case the pride in our culture hasn’t come through, I’ll mention it again – it’s at the heart of everything we do here, including our success. We’re a modern company with all the usual flexible working abilities. However, our team want to be in the office whenever possible as we genuinely enjoy working together.

We have worked hard to ensure our people feel well supported and engaged. We’ve got some pretty cool reward schemes in place, including an annual incentive trip (usually overseas when our boarders allow it!)

We have the feel of a small-medium organisation, but with the reach and resource of a much larger one. New ideas and initiatives are always welcome, and we’ve implemented some awesome ones recently – but no matter how many times one person requests it, we unfortunately cannot install a slide to the water!

If this sounds like you, don’t hesitate in clicking apply – or you can give Owen a confidential call on 022 3063 047.
