One of our health sector clients, has two vacant positions, as a result of two of their highly valued team members retiring after many years with the business.
This is a great opportunity to join a positive and professional team who are all about people and making sure every interaction is a great experience for their customers.
Our client is well established with multiple clinics operating across NZ. The two positions we are currently recruiting, are Customer Service Representative and Receptionist.
The Customer Service Representative role is predominantly a back office function, answering calls and assisting customers with enquiries and appointment bookings. This is a busy fast paced role with two CSR’s working side by side, picking up calls for multiple clinics across the region, answering customer queries and scheduling appointments.
The Receptionist role is a front of office role, again assisting with incoming calls and welcoming customers arriving for their appointments.
Each of the roles will also have some shared administrative and office support responsibility to assist with the efficient and smooth running of the clinic at all times.
We are looking for candidates who would be comfortable in either of these roles as they would like to have the ability to have staff alternate when required, both for coverage purposes and to offer variety.
