Customer Data Coordinator

We currently have several administration-based, temporary positions available starting immediately. This large government organisation is looking for focussed, accurate and efficient administrators to join a supportive team to assist with a high volume of work.

About the roles:

These are administration positions with a focus on data management and processing. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining customer data in the system
  • Data cleansing, identifying, and removing any discrepancies
  • Categorising documents and document management
  • Data entry and general administrative duties

About you:

With prior administration experience, you will be comfortable with systems and tech savvy. Key skills and attributes include:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organised and have great attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and process driven

Specifics:

  • Starting ASAP for 5/6 months with potential to extend
  • Auckland CBD location
  • Flexible work from home options
  • $23 per hour + 8% holiday pay
  • Monday – Friday, business hours
