Your new role: As a Client Service Advisor, you will be taking inbound customer service phone calls and emails from internal, external, and global customers to answer general queries about the MIQ processes. Due to the limited spots currently available, these calls may be challenging and require a high level of resilience. 

Day to day you will:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails
  • Provide accurate information to customer
  • Multi-task and navigate complex policy information using multiple system
  • Be resilient and adaptable in the ever-changing, high pressure work environmen
  • Problem solve to handle the customer query in the first cal
  • Accurately capture information from all customer interactions

 Monday – Friday, on three optional shifts:

  • 8am – 4pm 
  • 11am – 7pm 
  • 2pm – 10pm 


Saturday – Wednesday, 10am – 6pm

Contract: 3 month temporary contract with potential long term career prospects

  • You are able to provide information whilst remaining impartial to the situation

  • You are a quick learner and are great with computer systems 
  • Resilient is your middle name – you bounce back quickly and are able to handle a high volume of sometimes stressful and emotionally challenging situations

Training will be held in the office for the first few weeks before moving to a Hybrid work from home model where you will be able to work two days from home per week.
