Madison is delighted to partner with this well-known international consultancy who specialise in learning & development, workplace wellbeing and education. As the country’s largest Industry Training Organisation, they provide full-service consultancy work to businesses, industry bodies and governmental agencies from Aotearoa and all over the globe to build workplace capability.

The opportunity:   

This 6-month fixed term position has everything an experienced administrator is looking for! Alongside general administrative duties and reporting, you will you be working closely with the operations manager and project managing inhouse and public workshops across Auckland.

  • Co-ordinating and project managing our inhouse and public workshops run by well-known management and sales programmes
  • You will be liaising with facilitators, participants, venues and the sales team.
  • General office and administration support to ensure an exceptional customer experience for learners attending both public and in-company courses
  • Connecting and managing our virtual deliveries with Zoom

Required skills:

  • Experience within administration, coordination or event planning would be an advantage
  • A motivated individual who is comfortable and able to prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercial, inquisitive, and driven attitude
