The role: Work in a fast-paced phone-based team taking inbound calls and offering a memorable experience to the customers you encounter. Day to day you will be:
- Actively listening to customer needs; providing them with effective solutions to queries
- Updating customer details and using multiple databases and systems
- Escalating calls to the appropriate internal teams and providing admin assistance
- Being an active team player, participating in team meetings and contributing towards the overall success of the business
- Eliminating stress and providing certainty for customers during the call
The hours and location:
We have both full-time and part-time positions available on a rotating roster between Monday to Sunday 7am -11pm. We are happy to consider you as long as you are available for a minimum of any 3 days a week between those times.
The offices are located in Penrose, walking distance to the Penrose train station. There is also free parking provided onsite.
Training and Career Development:
- Your first few weeks will consist of well-structured training, and going forward you will buddy with experienced staff members for further support
- Ongoing learning and development are offered – gain work experience in other areas, receive one-on-one coaching and feedback, attend in-house training sessions
