Are you a high level Executive Assistant? Our Business Support team has had a very busy start to 2022 and we are always on the lookout for confident, experienced Executive Assistants / Personal Assistants for a range of our clients across Auckland.
We have a steady flow of work coming in, and are keen to speak with experienced EAs who are open to working on temporary assignments, or who may also be looking for a permanent role.
What do we look for?
- You’ll be fully comfortable supporting those at an executive/director level
- Tasks such as diary management, travel booking, taking minutes (ideally at board level), and management of multiple inboxes are all second nature to you
- Flexibility to start ASAP for assignments of varying lengths – generally upwards of 4-6 weeks
- Those with the enthusiasm and resilience to be able to jump in to a new team to support immediately
Temporary work is ideal for a variety of reasons; whether you are looking to fill a gap while you look for a permanent opportunity, or if you like the flexible nature of a temporary assignment.
