Executive Assistant

The Client:

Our client is well known in the medical sector here in South Auckland. They work across various sectors of healthcare including Mental health, general and acute care. They firmly believe in growth and skill nurturing and have strong focus on supporting the wider South Auckland community.

The Role:
As an Executive Assistant you will be tasked with supporting the operational manager with day-to-day administration, meeting management, document management, email management, overall coordination, communication and more!
Ideally, you will have experience as an Executive Assistant and strong computer aptitude and communication skills.

In Order to Be Successful:

  • You will need to be available immediately or have a maximum of a 1 week notice period
  • Proven experience within an executive assistant role within a corporate environment
  • You should possess strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong ability with computer systems such as MS Suite, CRM’s and any accounts software will be advantageous
  • Being able to commit to an office-based role will be necessary
  • Reliability is a must!
