Team Administrator/Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced administrator to fill a role within the private sector.  Our client is a small and close-knit office, based in Kilbirnie. The role offers a massive opportunity to work within the financial sector and you will gain exposure to the mortgage/property industry where you can develop skills to contribute to the overall business.

Common responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing all service requests, providing a high level of customer service
  • Supporting the team and the business with administrative and operational duties
  • Diary Management
  • General support to the office, processing documents and communications etc

The successful applicant will have:

  • At least 2+ years Administration experience
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to plan and organise work
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing demands as needed
  • Be able to take on tasks with minimal supervision
  • MS office background
  • High degree of customer service-oriented attitude, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
