My client is a global and leading advertising agency with an office based here in Auckland! Their amazing and wonderful EA is going on maternity leave and we are looking to cover this leave for 12 months! This role is supporting the CEO and COO.
To support the CEO & CCO –As an EA you will be required to be organised, proactive and able to think ahead. You will provide help through a wide range of duties, including diary/email management, expenses, travel management and client partnerships. On top of these duties will be ad hoc jobs as they arise in the busy lives of your executives, this could be as simple as making a reservation at a restaurant or adding someone to their contacts on Outlook. The position requires a high level of integrity and trust as you’ll likely be exposed to confidential information that you’ll be required to treat with sensitivity.
You will be a critical ingredient to continually improving the efficiency of the CEO & CCO’s communication with clients, employees, internal and external network, and vendors alike; you will be the face of this team that makes people feel welcomed. There will be upcoming events while you take on this role which will need your help in organising. Along with welcoming all employees new and old, managing the company branding and swag.
What we are looking for:
The purpose of this role is to support the CEO and CCO and to provide top level assistance. As an Executive Assistant – you are trusted with more high-end or complex duties in addition to handling incoming and outgoing communication via email & phone.
