Delivery Manager
NZD650 - NZD700 per day

This a contract role where you can make a real difference! Sound knowledge of the New Zealand construction market, relevant NZ building legislation, strong commercial focus and ability to hit the ground running will see you quickly make impact.

About you:

You are an experienced client side Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor or Architect, suitably qualified with relevant construction knowledge and a strong track record of using project management methodologies and processes to achieve efficient outcomes, manage risks and implement lessons learnt.
Experienced with full lifecycle management from business case to completion of multiple construction projects, you’ll be a first-class problem solver, and comfortable working client side with a diverse range of people, managing multiple personalities and challenges of operating in a public forum. With 10 years worth of projects in the pipeline, this initial 12 month contract is likely to be extended.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with end users across the full project life-cycle to deliver a complex portfolio of large scale construction projects
  • Driving for on time and on budget delivery to a high standard
  • Relationship management with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Problem solving and collaboration to deliver great results with maximum impact
