Customer Response Coordinator

This large government organisation is looking for a diligent, accurate and efficient administrator to join a busy team for up to a 12-month period.

Specifics:
 

  • Early June start for 6-12 months
  • CBD based office with some WFH flexibility
  • $26 per hour + 8% holiday pay
  • Monday – Friday, business hours


About the role:

 
This customer centred, administration position focusses on data management and processing. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Handling and processing customer queries
  • Database management and navigating complex processes
  • Data cleansing, identifying, and removing any discrepancies
  • Data entry and general administrative duties

 
About you:
 
With prior administration experience, you will be comfortable with new systems and tech savvy. Other key skills and attributes include:
 

  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident with the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
  • Process driven and able to meet deadlines
