We recruit for a wide range of roles across numerous companies and are seeking experienced candidates who have previous administration experience. We have a number of short term and long term temporary roles that require an immediate start. 

Current roles include: 

Customer Service Administrator
Albany – ongoing temporary assignment (possible perm opportunity)

  • Entering Orders into the system
  • Answering enquiries via phone and email
  • invoicing, filing and other adhoc admin tasks

Project Coordinator
Devonport – 3months

  • Supporting Project Managers
  • Diary Management
  • Minute Taking 
  • Risk registers, rosters and maintenance reports

Customer Support Administrator
Devonport – 6 months 

  • Customer service
  • Reception duties
  • Printing, scanning documents
  • email and phone call correspondence 

To be successful, you need to:

  • Be available to start immediately and for a minimum of 3-months
  • Have a can-do, positive attitude and are willing to go the extra mile
  • Be computer savvy with proficient MS Office skills – particularly with Excel
  • Have exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
