The Position:
A unique opportunity has become available for a Technical Coordinator to join a well-established team where you can build on your existing administrative and coordination experience within a technical environment.
- 4-month initial temporary assignment, with an opportunity to extend
- Monday to Friday, full time position
- Training will be provided as required
Your duties will include:
- Work closely with technicians who service and maintain electrical equipment, computer systems and navigation programmes for large scale customers
- Material rationalisation and control for electrical projects, and implementing systems (under guidance) to achieve this
- Cross referencing of delivered materials against design spreadsheets
- Ordering of materials as required and chasing suppliers for non-delivered items
- Creating, updating and maintenance of computer records and documentation using several software’s
- Extra administrative duties such as attending to emails and work orders, timesheets and billing, database and client relationship management
What are we looking for?
- Coordination or administrative experience within a technical environment is essential
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Extremely comfortable interpreting and implementing new systems and processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems would be bonus
- Strong interpersonal skills
