Customer Service Representative – Call Centre

Our client is looking for two Customer Service Representative to join their inbound Call Centre ASAP! They are looking for someone with previous call centre experience and a proven record of providing excellent customer service.

Duration of assignment: Immediate start, 5+ month contract.

Days/ Hours: Full time and part time role available. Very attractive hours:

  • 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with a rotational weekend day.
  • 24 hours per week: Friday to Sunday, 7am – 3.30pm.

 
Day to day responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inbound calls.
  • Providing support and solving customer queries.
  • General administration tasks between calls, including case management and email responses.

 
About You:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The aptitude to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships using clear and effective communication.
