Customer Service Administrator

Wanting to use your Customer Service and Administration skills whilst enjoying one of the best views in the city? We have a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Auckland’s most sustainable organisations at the heart of boating in this city!

The role is a 3-month temporary assignment with potential to apply for longer term opportunity within the business:

  • Waterfront location with free on-site parking
  • 23 May start, long term opportunities
  • 40 hours between 7.30am – 5.00pm
  • $24 – $25 per hour + 8% holiday pay

The role:

Developing lasting relationships with short and long-term yachting and boating customers, you’ll answer enquiries and process bookings. Administrative tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring compliance is kept up to date and accurately stored in the system
  • Following up with outdated or missing information
  • Creating and organising bookings for berths
  • Taking payments and settling accounts
  • Liaising with security and problem solving

About you:

With previous experience in a customer facing role, either phone based or front facing, you will be confident liaising with a range of customers. You will be:

  • Excellent with customers, including over the phone
  • Resilient with a friendly and positive work attitude
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems
