Customer Services Support Member

Our client is one of New Zealand’s top manufactures of food grade vats as well as specialising in advanced refrigeration technologies. They service food tech, beverage and the dairy industries and pride themselves on producing high quality products and service to ensure customer satisfaction. They work very closely with their customers to ensure they understand their business and can empower them to get the best productivity. Due to internal promotion – a Customer Services Support role has become available.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
• Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Have a knowledge of the dairy farming sector and experience dealing with farmers is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Sense of humour!

In this role you will be dealing with farmers with faults on farm, allocating jobs out to contractors and our in-house refrigeration specialists, account inquiries and general product inquiries. You will be liaising between the farmers and the technicians to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner. As such, a real sense of urgency is required for this role.

We are seeking a dedicated person for this full-time, Monday to Friday role. The hours are 10:00am to 6:30pm. You will have previous customer service experience and be able to add value to this highly functioning team.
