The Role:
Tasked with overall optimising visual performance. You will ensure all retail stores visual delivery is cohesive, consistent and appealing to the target audience. Finding yourself traveling to branches, keeping up to date with law compliance on tobacco sales and keeping in constant communication with store and operational managers this role is busy, fun and calls for someone who is motivated by challenge.
Key Tasks Include:
- Ensuring the representation of products and brands is in accordance with marketing initiatives and legal requirements
- Training and coaching branch staff across the country
- Visiting stores in person, adulting and improving displays where possible
- Setting up new product displays
- Being up to date with market and visual merchandising trends
- Supporting stock control initiatives inline with visual sales ques
The Ideal Candidate Should Have the Following Skill Set:
- The ability to work collaboratively with others, sharing insights to with teams and working with store managers.
- Strategic planning skills
- At minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or similar
- Flexibility to travel around NZ to stores (any travel will be paid)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong ability with numbers and detailed work
- Any knowledge of and experience within the Vape industry would be highly valuable to your application
- Confidence to work unsupervised and manage your time well
