About the role: 
Based in Masterton, this is a fast-paced role within a small accounts team providing cover and support while a staff member is on leave. 

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Matching invoices and purchase order numbers
  • Loading invoices into accounts payable system
  • Assisting with inventory or stock management
  • Provide general accounts/admin support where required

Start Date:
We are looking to fill this position ASAP.

Days/ Hours:
This is expected to be 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday. There may some flexibility available for the right candidate.

About You:
If you are looking for a new challenge where you can bring your accounts payable experience, this may be the perfect position for you. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running so previous experience dealing with purchase orders and/or inventory management would be a strong advantage.
