About the Company:

Our client is a trusted provider of professional Secretariat services and has been helping NZ industry groups, not for profit organisations and government departments succeed. With an embedded resourcing business model, they provide tailored association management services to New Zealand-based industry groups, not-for-profit organisations, Government departments and company boards.

Their services range from Board secretarial support through to financial management, project management, technical writing, membership support, event management, digital communications, websites, and social media management.

They are now seeking an astute Digital Media Coordinator who can setup and send digital communications, manage website and social media content updates, maintain CRM systems, assist with membership management, and other support to the business and its clients. 

About the Role:

This is a busy role with a broad scope. You will be across day-to-day maintenance of multiple client websites – blog posts, logos, and other content. Creating and adding image sliders as well as using CMS platforms like WordPress.

This role will see you dealing with many groups of people. Stakeholder management will be part of your daily routine as you develop and manage internal and external stakeholder’s digital media support requirements across many channels

Key digital media activities such as sharing content via LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook as well as producing basic imagery for various channels

Key Membership management activities such as onboarding and off boarding clients’ members, maintaining membership databases, creating, and running membership reports, managing general email enquiries on behalf of clients and any other duties to support members as required.

About You:

You will be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge & experience:

  • Technical Competency– Excellent WordPress skills is a pre-requisite for the position, as well as competency across social media platforms, Mailchimp and Photoshop
  • Attention to Detail – You will bring superb attention to detail and will be a skilled writer with great grammar.
  • Organised– You will be able to juggle many priorities successfully, have good process and ability to multi – task.
  • Quick Learner – You will have a natural affinity for understanding and picking up new and sometimes complex concepts quickly. You are Naturally curious and adaptable to ad hoc task thrown your way
  • Team Player – You will be collaborative in approach with a natural affinity to help those around you
