We are a skilled team of consultants who are continuously seeking experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistants and Office Managers to be placed in temporary or permanent assignments around the South and East Auckland area.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking candidates with experience in Executive Assistance, Office Management or Senior Administration to support large well-known businesses in South Auckland in temporary Assignments.

Due to the nature of temporary assignments, we are looking for candidates who are available immediately and able to commit to the length of the assignments. Ideally you will be an adaptable, eager and driven individual looking to immerse yourself in a new opportunity. As an Executive Assistant or Office Manager you will need to bring the ‘x factor’ when it comes to organisation and time management.

The Roles:

  • Executive Assistant to HR Director – Full time for 2 months with potential to extend based in Otahuhu
  • Executive Assistant to Operational Director – Full time for 2 months based in Otahuhu 
  • Office Manager – Flexible full or part time hours – 2 months with potential to extend based in Mt Wellington


  • Dairy, phone and email management
  • Appointment and travel booking and coordination
  • Minute taking / agenda preparation
  • Document management and preparation
  • Team and project support


Skills required:

  • Strong computer aptitude and ability to pick up new systems
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Proactive initiative to think outside the box
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
