Customer Care and Credits Officer

Our Client: Lewis Road Creamery is a fast-growing New Zealand owned and run FMCG producer who specialise in organic dairy products. They pride themselves on being innovative and are now on the search for customer focussed superstar to join their customer care team.

About the role:  You will be responsible for managing the resolution of all customer/client queries and complaints and processing orders all while being a great brand ambassador.

Day to day you will be:

  • Daily processing of nationwide chilled and ambient sales orders
  • Dealing directly with customers regarding the investigation of missing deliveries, damaged product and incorrect products and processing credits
  • Being a Lewis Road brand ambassador
  • Liaise with and assist the sales team
  • Manage, resolve, process & report customer credit queries
  • Management and resolution of all customer queries and complaints

Start date: ASAP start

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.00pm

Pay cycle: Monthly

To Excel in this role: You should be a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

You will need:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a high-volume customer service role
  • Clear and confident communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Computer proficient with order management and spreadsheet software, strong excel skills
