Customer Support Centre Representative

About the role: As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with general inquires and booking them in for services.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound calls, emails and social platforms and booking in customers for services
  • Quickly establish rapport with customers and identify their needs
  • Promote and provide exceptional customer service
  • Accurately record customer details and information
  • Cross-sell and educate customers on services and products

Start Date: ASAP

Days/ Hours: 4 Day work week! Monday to Friday rostered 4 shifts per week working 7am – 530pm with Hybrid flexibility after the training period.

About You: Having a great attitude and drive to learn and develop, someone outgoing and friendly who can pick up systems quickly and hit the ground running. 

  • 2 years or more experience in Customer Service, preferably in a contact centre
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn
