Temporary PA/EA

We’re currently working with a number of government agencies and fantastic private and public sector clients who trust us to find the best people for their teams. We have roles from team administrator to C-suite support, largely based in Auckland’s CBD.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
  • High levels of organisation and self-management
  • Capable of building valuable relationships both internal and external
  • Proven attention to detail and initiative
  • A high level of discretion
  • The ability to start immediately and work for at least 3 months

We work with a variety of managers across a range of projects, duties may include:

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Supporting Executive Leader(s)
  • Coordinating events, meetings, conferences, & workshops
  • Written correspondence on behalf of Manager
  • Managing travel accommodation and logistics
  • Managing accounts administration 
  • Document management/presentations
