Benefits & Earning Potential

To benefit from running your own region of Talk Recruitment you are required to pay an establishment fee of $15,000 or $10,000 depending on which region you which to contract for. 

YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL

As a Talk Recruitment Regional Partner, your income can vary as you are paid on commission gross profit. This is usually a percentage of the placement fees paid by the education institutions.  Talk Recruitment works on a 50% commission of all regional revenue (gross profit) produced by the regional partner.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Regional Partner you may do some or all the following:

  • Find new education clients in ECE and schools in their region using contact lists provided by Talk Recruitment
  • Help clients with their recruitment needs using ClassCover and Talk Recruitment website
  • Research and calculate placement fees
  • Advertise jobs for clients
  • Arrange personal visits with clients
  • Organise and negotiate job placements
  • Support clients with temporary and permanent recruitment


HOW DO YOU EARN?

Revenue is generated from all types of educational institutions and comes from temporary, fixed-term, relieving, and permanent placements. You will earn 50% of all the revenue as a commission with a small portion of each placement contributed to ongoing support, marketing, and administration costs as needed.

Talk Recruitment supports regional contractors with centralised services:

  • Accounts
  • Billing
  • Advertising and marketing (shared costs with the contractor)
  • Compliance of teachers
