A bit about me
As the Contact Centre Managing Consultant for South and East Auckland, my team regularly recruit for all levels of phone-based customer service and leadership-level positions. I was placed in one of my first jobs in New Zealand through Madison and was lucky enough to work as not only a Madison temp but also as a client hiring Madison staff. I was thrilled to join the team in our Highbrook office when a role became available.
Having grown up on a remote ranch in the north-western United States, my path to recruitment has been conventionally unconventional. I’ve had an odd assortment of jobs including stints as a pony walker, buyer for a vintage clothing store and pizza dough maker. Living and working around the world since 2006 hasn’t done much to dull that American twang of mine, I’m sure you’ll hear it the next time we chat!
