A bit about me

I’m an adopted New Zealander – a born and bred English rose, but now that I’ve learned to fish, I feel like a kiwi! I have a varied background across Recruitment (both internal and agency), as well as HR and Learning and Development. My passion is people and I love Recruitment because I get to make new connections every day. I enjoy sourcing for roles using social media and networking – if there’s an event in Recruitment/Call Centre you will likely see me there, as I like to stay up to date and keep my market knowledge fresh.

I joined the Call Centre team at Madison in May 2016 because I was impressed at how they put their candidates first. I also really enjoy the Call Centre environment and the buzz within them. Before I came to Madison, I recruited into call centres for a total of 4 years, so felt this role was a perfect fit.

When I’m not at work, I love being at the beach, on a bush walk or hanging out with friends and family – I’m a real country bumpkin and love all the nature that NZ has to offer.
