A bit about me

I joined Madison in 2012, where I began my journey in contact centre recruitment, eventually progressing to managing a high-performing team of four. Growing with the business, I am currently focussed on supporting the Senior Leadership team with staff engagement, culture and strategy.

Making Madison a great place to work is what drives me and I am motivated by making a difference, no matter how big or small! Outside of the daily grind, I enjoy spending time with my furry friend Leonard, and find great satisfaction in mowing the lawn (yes, it’s true!). When I’m not using my green thumb, I love dining out with a keen palate for kaimoana.
