A bit about me

My journey with Madison began in late 2016 as a Consultant within the Business Support Team. I am now a Manager, looking after some of the best and most talented in the business support and contact centre industries.

I enjoy working closely with my clients to understand the intricacies of their businesses, processes and needs. Growing alongside businesses to tailor our offering to their future plans is something that I am particularly passionate about. I’m also grateful to have the opportunity to meet inspirational candidates and lay down the foundations to help them reach their goals.

With the wide variety of roles I recruit for, I do my best to learn something from each client and candidate to further develop my knowledge of each industry.

When I’m not in the office you will find me in my Red Bands in Mangawhai, watching rugby with a wine in hand!
