A bit about me

Prior to entering the world of recruitment, I spent a few years running my own companies, servicing a wide range of clientele both domestically and abroad. After this, I sort of fell into recruitment. I am a people person by nature and grew restless locked away in my home office. So, when the opportunity arose at Madison to work in a people-centred industry, I jumped on it!

In the Business Transformation space, I am eager to dive into and understand organisations problems to provide them with the best people for the task. It’s a rewarding feeling supplying great people to solve complex problems.

Outside of my 9-5 I love all things outdoors. I am an avid snowboarder, which is challenging being based in Wellington, smack bang as far away from the mountains as you can get! But if I’m not outdoors, you will likely find me buried in a book somewhere.
