A bit about me
Born and raised in Berlin, I started my career in Human Resources 10 years ago. Combined with a passion for travelling and trying new things I started to explore the world and found my job with Madison, focussing on permanent as well as temporary Business Support roles in our Auckland office.
I have worked in several international companies with a diverse workforce and have been exposed to all aspects of HR. This helped me to fully understand the different needs of companies in their recruitment process.
I am passionate about my work, always positive and driven to find the right solution and matching the right candidate with the right culture and team. When not in the office you will probably find me relaxing with a good book or on a hike somewhere in New Zealand.
