Jayne Glenister

A bit about me

I began my career in Recruitment in the mid 90’s whilst seeking a career change following long stints in accountancy and hospitality. Landing a role in a recruitment agency was the perfect fit for me as it fuelled my curious nature and put me in touch with all kinds of people. I’m pleased to say I’ve never looked back and accredit my success over the years to building long term relationships with all stakeholders.

My experience spans many years as a generalist recruiter in NZ and Australia, including several years recruiting for the NZ healthcare sector. Hospitality taught me the importance of providing a memorable service that exceeded customer expectations; a mantra I apply to my role in the Professional Services team at Madison, recruiting for the Construction and Property sectors.

Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, working out at the gym, and love to cook using plant-based foods. In summer you’ll likely find me at the beach either relaxing with a good book or power walking.
