A bit about me
I originally came to New Zealand from Canada as a quick 6 month travel opportunity in 2016, however quickly became settled and found myself in a job I love. I first came to Madison to register as a temp at the suggestion of a friend and soon became Madison’s Branch Administrator at the Wellington office. Within a few months, I moved into the Candidate Manager role in the Contact Centre team and eventually became a Consultant! Working with candidates to get a start on their career or into a new opportunity is incredibly rewarding.
While this may be my first time in recruitment, I find I can understand and recognize the soft skills needed to be successful as I started off in similar entry level roles as a lot of our candidates.
Outside of work, you’ll find me somewhere on a hike, at a yoga class or researching my next place to travel to.
