A bit about me
With extensive experience as a recruiter and in depth knowledge of coaching and developing future leaders, I love the pace, variety and culture that the world of recruitment provides. My role focuses on psychometric assessment, talent profiling, designing and facilitating a range of training solutions and allows me to share my real world, practical experience. I’m an experienced facilitator and instructional designer, and enjoy leading the Madison Training Consultation Service.
Working alongside businesses, learning their business needs and tailoring bespoke solutions I find both challenging and rewarding. My clients can expect open and honest communication and trust me to deliver what I promise.
When I am not at work, I focus on my role as a mum where I have multiple titles depending on the day: Nurse, Chauffeur, Chef, Teacher, Housekeeper, Laundry Attendant, Accountant, and Babysitter all rolled into one!
