A bit about me

After University I travelled the world, eventually landing in London to begin my teaching career. When I was ready for home, I decided it was time for a new direction and fell into the fast-paced world of recruitment, and never looked back! Having ‘grown up’ at Madison, I’ve held a variety of positions from Recruitment Consultant to Business Manager and General Manager.

Currently working across the AWF Madison Group, I lead innovation and business improvement initiatives across our business, with the goal of improving the client, candidate and recruiter experience. In a nutshell, I spend my days refining our existing process and exploring the latest tools and technology, to allow us to deliver the perfect match with pace and energy, each and every time.
